Sky Launches Another Telly And more

Sky Glass Gen 2 is now available with Sky Glass Air along with Gigafast+ to launch later in the year. And rebrands Sky Entertainment OS to Sky OS!

At an event in London, Sky unveiled the second generation of its Sky Glass TV. The new line-up are available in the same screen sizes with three updated colours, Volcanic Grey, Arctic Silver and Atlantic Blue. Pricing are as follows based on a 48-month contract:

• 43-inch model: £14/month

• 55-inch model: £19/month

• 65-inch model: £24/month

This obviously excludes the cost of a Sky TV subscription starting from £15/month for Essential TV. Also, Sky teased Sky Glass Air, a more affordable variant that is scheduled for launch later this year with three colours, Carbon Grey, Cotton White and Sea Green, and same screen sizes as Sky Glass. Pricing to follow later this year.
