Discovery (WBD) signed multi-year distribution agreements across Xfinity and Sky UK - Big deal for WBD (especially in the UK and Ireland), who caves in further reinforcing Sky’s dominant position. It would have been extremely challenging for WBD to achieve any success for Max without Sky who has proved to be a successful partner to date

• DAZN and FIFA Club World Cup 2025 broadcast agreement - Landmark deal with all games free-to-view and the possibility of sublicensing to local free-to-air linear broadcast networks
