NAB Show 2025: Analysing the Key Themes
NAB Show took place at its customary home in Las Vegas on 5-9 April. Here are my key takeaways from the show.
The event organisers said that the NAB Show 2025 had 55,000 registered attendees from 160 countries with more than 1,000 exhibitors.
As predicted in my preview piece, the show did attract fewer people than last year. This compares to more than 61,000 registered people in 2024. Not a good sign for an industry that is experiencing monumental challenges (even without considering the Trump tariffs) and faces further disruption driven by developments in connectivity with 5G and big tech due to AI.
Next year’s NAB Show will return to the Las Vegas Convention Centre slightly later, between 18-22 April 2026.
